A Base Camp is the home for etrek within your community - a space where travelers can reflect, learn, and practice enneagration together. It begins with a Launch Party: a five-hour event led by a certified Guide who walks with your team in preparation, execution, and follow-up.
This event sparks momentum, equips your people with tools for growth, and plants the seed of a sustainable rhythm for reflection and service. From there, Base Camps become ongoing hubs where your community gathers, grows, and serves together.
What Happens at a Launch Party?
Launch Parties are designed to inspire, connect, and activate. In the course of five hours, your community will:
- Discover Your Path – Interactive stories and exercises help each person identify their Enneagram Path and sign up for the free Journey.
- Learn the Compass – Explore the Enneagration Compass for a shared language of integration, disintegration, and spiritual growth.
- Take First Steps in Service – linking inner growth with practical opportunities through the Trail Map.
- Connect to Community – Discover ongoing supports like Trailmarker emails, the Digital Campfire, and eCircles for continued growth.
Your certified Guide prepares your leadership team beforehand, facilitates the entire event, and supports you with follow-up resources to help your Base Camp take root.
